Human Resource Manager
Our client, an international logistics company on the Copperbelt (Zambia) is looking for a qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support organizational stuff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program, analysing exit interviews and recommending changes
- Enhance the organization’s human resource planning, implementing and evaluating human resource policies and programs and practices
- Responsible for developing training and development for employee capacity building
- Engage directly with line managers on personnel management
- Ensuring company compliance to statutory laws
- Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
- Ensure a standard employee disciplinary and counselling procedure
- Managing all human resource personnel
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
- Responsible for payroll administration
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum Degree in human resource management or other equivalent disciplines
- At least 4 years proven practical experience in human resource management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong Analytical skill
- Problem solving abilities
- Experience in a logistics and international company will be added advantage
- 30 years and above
