Our client, an international logistics company on the Copperbelt (Zambia) is looking for a qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support organizational stuff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program,    analysing exit interviews and recommending changes
• Enhance the organization’s human resource planning, implementing and evaluating human resource policies and programs and practices
• Responsible for developing training and development for employee capacity building
• Engage directly with line managers on personnel management
• Ensuring company compliance to statutory laws
• Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
• Ensure a standard employee disciplinary and counselling procedure
• Managing all human resource personnel
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
• Responsible for payroll administration

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum Degree in human resource management or other equivalent disciplines
• At least 4 years proven practical experience in human resource management
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong Analytical skill
• Problem solving abilities
• Experience in a logistics and international company will be added advantage
• 30 years and above
